Reserve templates for elements that are stable but not textually obvious: the publish button, the add-photo entry, the category picker. Do not template everything. Use them where a miss costs you a failed listing.

Finding Which Step Got Stuck

A workflow that fails silently is worse than no workflow. Every run is recorded in execution history, where you can see the result and any error for each attempt.

Read it in this order:

1. Which step was the last one to succeed.
2. What the error says, for example a missing image, an unrecognized screen, or a timeout.
3. Whether the device went offline in the middle of the run.

Then fix that specific step: recapture an image template, adjust a field order, or split one long step into two. A stalled run is almost always a screen element that no longer matches, not a broken idea.
